Mental Freedom® Conversations

Real conversations. Real situations. A different way to respond.

Live, interactive sessions where people explore real-life situations through the lens of Mental Freedom® principles — not to fix themselves or others, but to respond with greater awareness, ownership, and intention.

What Are Mental Freedom® Conversations?

Mental Freedom® Conversations are live discussions designed to help you apply Mental Freedom® principles to everyday life. Each month, we focus on one meaningful topic and explore it together through conversation, reflection, examples, and real-life application.

These are not lectures. They are not therapy. And they are not designed to tell people what they should do.

They are opportunities to slow down, think differently, and explore new ways of responding to what's happening in your life and relationships.

You are welcome to participate however feels supportive to you. Some people actively engage in discussion, while others prefer to listen, reflect quietly, or participate through the chat. All forms of thoughtful participation are completely welcome.

"One of the things I've discovered over the years is that Mental Freedom® principles seem to remain relevant across an incredibly wide range of life situations. These conversations are an opportunity to continue exploring what these principles look like in real human experiences — not in theory, but in everyday life."

— Kim Olver

Some sessions will be led solely by Kim Olver, while others may include certified Mental Freedom® facilitators bringing additional perspectives and experiences into the conversation.

Suggest a Future Conversation

Mental Freedom® Conversations are designed around real-life situations people are actively navigating. If there's a topic or life situation you'd like to see explored, we'd love to hear from you. While not every suggestion will become a future session, participant input helps shape the ongoing direction of these conversations.

FAQ

Do I need prior experience with Mental Freedom®?

No. These conversations are designed to be accessible whether you're brand new to Mental Freedom® or already familiar with the principles.

Are these sessions recorded?

Yes. Registered participants receive access to the replay for 48 hours. Monthly subscribers receive a 7-day replay period.

Is this therapy or coaching?

No. Mental Freedom® Conversations are educational and conversational in nature and are not therapy or individualized coaching.

Can I participate even if I don't want to speak?

Absolutely. Participation is always voluntary. Some people actively engage in discussion, while others prefer to listen, reflect quietly, or participate through the chat. All forms of thoughtful participation are completely welcome.

Are the three monthly sessions different?

The same monthly topic is explored in each session, so the core content will be similar. However, because the participants and conversations will naturally vary, each session may have its own unique direction and emphasis.

How are these different from the Mental Freedom® Experience?

Mental Freedom® Conversations are ongoing topical discussions designed for practical application and reflection. The Mental Freedom® Experience is a more structured and transformational process that explores the principles in greater depth.

A Thoughtful, Guided Space

Mental Freedom® Conversations are facilitated by Kim Olver, LCPC — a counselor, coach, speaker, and founder of Mental Freedom®. While Kim brings decades of experience helping people navigate life's challenges, these conversations are designed as educational and reflective experiences rather than therapy or individualized coaching.

The goal is not to diagnose, fix, or tell people what they should do, but to create space for thoughtful exploration, increased awareness, and more intentional responses to difficult life situations.
