Mental Freedom® Circles
Practical application. Meaningful conversation. Shared growth.
Mental Freedom® Circles are small, facilitated groups where people come together around a shared profession, interest, identity, or life experience to explore how the six Mental Freedom® principles apply to real life.
Circles aren't courses. They're spaces for conversation, reflection, connection, and practical application.
Whether you've completed a Mental Freedom® Experience or are discovering Mental Freedom® for the first time, you're welcome.
This September, we'll launch the first Mental Freedom® Circles—small discussion groups designed to help participants apply the six Mental Freedom® principles to everyday life.
Unlike the Mental Freedom Experience (MFX), which teaches the complete Mental Freedom framework, Circles are designed for application. You'll join others who share a common interest, profession, or life experience and explore how Mental Freedom can help you navigate real-life challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and freedom.
Whether you're already familiar with Mental Freedom® or discovering it for the first time, there's a place for you.
What to Expect

- Meet once each month for 90 minutes via Zoom

- Include approximately 6–14 participants

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before deciding whether a Circle is right for you.
What is a Mental Freedom® Circle?
A Mental Freedom® Circle is a small group that meets monthly to explore how the six Mental Freedom® principles apply to a shared area of life, identity, or experience.
Unlike a course, a Circle is built around conversation, reflection, and practical application. Participants learn from one another while exploring real-life challenges through the lens of Mental Freedom®.
Who are Circles for?
Mental Freedom® Circles welcome:
- Individuals who have completed a Mental Freedom Experience (MFX) and want continued application and support
- Individuals who are new to Mental Freedom and want an opportunity to experience the principles in a focused, discussion-based environment
What happens during a Circle?
Each Circle is facilitated by a certified Mental Freedom® Facilitator and centers on meaningful conversation rather than formal teaching. Participants explore real-life situations, ask questions, share experiences, and discover practical ways to apply the six Mental Freedom® principles in everyday life.
How often do Circles meet?
Each Circle meets:
- Once each month
- 90 minutes per session
- Six consecutive months (September through February for our pilot program)
How many people are in a Circle?
Circles typically include 6–14 participants, allowing everyone an opportunity to contribute while building meaningful relationships within the group.
Are sessions recorded?
No. Circles are designed to be live, interactive experiences where trust, openness, and authentic conversation can develop over time.
What if I miss a meeting?
Because each meeting is discussion-based, sessions are not recorded. If you miss a meeting, you're welcome to return the following month and continue participating with your Circle.
Do I need to complete an MFX first?
No. No prior Mental Freedom experience is required unless noted in the Circle description.
What topics are available?
Pilot Circle topics may include:
- Parenting
- Relationships
- Educators
- Counselors
- High School Students
- Christians
Additional topics will be added as our community grows.
What makes Circles different from the Mental Freedom Experience?
The Mental Freedom Experience teaches the complete Mental Freedom® framework. Mental Freedom® Circles focus on applying those principles within a specific area of life through ongoing discussion and shared learning.
