Common questions

How are sessions structured?

Six one-on-one sessions with Kim Olver, each 60 minutes. Sessions can be extended to 90 or 120 minutes if you need more time. After the six sessions, additional coaching is available.

How quickly can we schedule sessions?

You'll receive a scheduling link after enrollment and can book sessions at times that work for you. Sessions must be spaced at least one week apart to allow time to practice between meetings.

Will I be able to reach Kim between sessions?

Yes. Two email exchanges between sessions are included. Kim responds within three business days.

Can I earn Continuing Education credits?

Yes — eligible through the Center for Credentialing & Education for Board Certified Coaches, and through the Illinois Counseling Association for counselors and social workers.

What if I decide it's not the right fit?
